AI training your team will actually use
We train Thai teams to use AI on their own work, in Thai and English: manager workshops, team sessions and one-to-one coaching. No theory, no tool tour. OSMIUMIX trains in Bangkok and Phuket.
Most AI training fails the same way. People attend, nod, and go back to the old method on Monday, because the examples had nothing to do with their jobs. We train on your documents, your customers and your problems, so the habit sticks.

What makes AI training stick?
Three things, based on what we see work. The examples have to be the learner's own work. Everyone has to leave with something they can use the same week. And one person inside the business has to keep it going after the trainer leaves. Training without an internal owner fades within a month.
Which training format fits your situation?
Four formats, often combined. We will tell you which one you need after the audit.
Manager workshop, half a day
For owners, managers and team leads. What AI can and cannot do, where it pays off in your business, how to judge a proposal and what to watch for on data protection. Ends with a shortlist of opportunities in your own departments.
Team training, one to two days
For the people doing the work. Built around their actual tasks: quotes, reports, customer replies, document handling. Everyone leaves having automated or sped up something real.
One-to-one coaching
For an owner, a department head or the internal owner of an automation project. Weekly sessions on live problems rather than generic exercises.
Corporate programme
A rolling programme across departments with a shared standard and internal champions, for companies that want capability rather than a one-off event.
How a training engagement runs
Short, specific and tied to the work you already do.
1. Find the real tasks first
Before any session we look at what your team actually does all day. Training built on invented examples is the reason the last one did not work.
2. Agree on what people should be able to do
We write down concrete outcomes, for example that the sales team drafts quotes from a template in five minutes instead of twenty.
3. Train on your own material
Sessions run in Thai and English on your documents, your customer cases and your systems. Everyone works on their own tasks.
4. Follow up, and name an owner
We check back a few weeks later, because that is when old habits return. One internal person is named as the owner and gets extra coaching.

Frequently asked questions
Do you train in Thai?
Yes. Sessions run in Thai, in English, or mixed, depending on the team. Materials are provided in both languages, which matters when management reads English but the operating team works in Thai.
How long does a training session take?
A manager workshop is half a day. Team training is one to two days. Coaching runs in weekly sessions of about an hour. We adjust to your shift patterns, including evenings for hospitality teams.
Will our team really use it afterwards?
That is the whole design goal. Training happens on their own work, everyone leaves with something usable that week, and we name an internal owner who gets extra coaching. We also check back after a few weeks, because that is when old habits return.
Do we need to have software in place first?
No. Training works on its own, and many clients start there. If you later automate, the team that was trained is far quicker to bring on board.
Can you train a team that is not technical at all?
Yes, and that is the usual case. Sessions are built for owners, managers and staff with no technical background. There is no jargon and no tool tour.
How many people can join one session?
Up to about twelve for hands-on work, because everyone needs to practise. For larger groups we run several sessions or a train-the-trainer programme with internal champions.
