What does AI implementation actually mean?
AI implementation is everything between deciding to use AI and having it running in daily work. It covers picking the use case that pays for itself, cleaning and connecting the data the AI needs, building the workflow, training the people who use it, and measuring whether it worked. A pilot that never goes live is not implementation: it is a demo.
Where do AI projects usually fail?

Days 6-12 · Prepare the data and the knowledge base
We collect the documents, prices, policies and history the AI needs, put them in one managed place, and set the access rules. This is the step most projects skip and later die from.
Days 13-25 · Build and test on real work
We build the workflow and run it against your real cases, not sample data. Where the AI is unsure, it hands over to a person instead of guessing. You see it working before handover.
Days 26-30 · Train, hand over, measure
Your team is trained on their own tasks. We hand over documentation, name the internal owner, and report the numbers. Then we agree what to implement next.

What is the difference between AI implementation and AI consulting?
Consulting ends with a recommendation. Implementation ends with software running in your business and your team trained to use it. We do both: the ฿18,000 audit is the consulting part, and from ฿90,000 we implement.
How long does AI implementation take?
The first workflow is typically live within 30 days of starting, including the audit, data preparation, building, testing and training. Larger rollouts across several departments run over two to three months.
Why do so many AI projects fail?
Five reasons, almost always: no internal owner, data that was not ready, the wrong use case first, no training, and no measurement. We address all five explicitly, which is why our projects go into production rather than staying pilots.
Do we need a big budget or a data team?
