AI automation for hotels and resorts in Thailand

We automate the repetitive work in Thai hospitality: guest replies, booking confirmations, staff commission, shift paperwork and supplier orders. Built for hotels, resorts, bars and spas in Phuket and Bangkok by OSMIUMIX.

Hospitality in Thailand runs on thin margins and high staff turnover. Anything that depends on someone remembering a procedure breaks when that person leaves. Automation is how the procedure survives the staff change.

What can be automated in a hotel or resort?

The work that repeats every day: answering the same guest questions, confirming bookings, posting charges from outlets and spa to the room folio, calculating commission across shifts, and chasing suppliers. None of it needs a person's judgement, and all of it costs you money when it is done late or wrong.

Where hospitality businesses lose the most time

Drawn from how bars, restaurants, spas and small resorts in Phuket actually operate.

Guest messages, day and night

Availability, prices, directions, check-in times and menu questions are answered instantly in Thai and English. Enquiries that arrive at 11pm get a useful reply before the guest books somewhere else.

Bookings and confirmations

Enquiries from the website, LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook and the OTAs land in one place, get confirmed, and are added to the calendar without double bookings.

Commission and shift paperwork

Commission is computed at the point of sale per staff member and per shift, and flows into the payroll report. Month-end stops being a spreadsheet exercise.

Supplier orders and stock

Reorder points trigger draft orders to suppliers with the right quantities, before a busy weekend turns into an empty bar.

Staff admin and onboarding

Applications are read and ranked, interviews scheduled, and onboarding documents prepared. High turnover stops eating the manager's week.

One version of the truth across branches

Prices, policies and procedures live in one managed place, so a new manager in a second branch gives the same answers as the first.

How a hospitality automation project runs

We work around service hours. Nobody wants a systems project during high season.

  1. 1. Audit outside service hours

We map where the hours go, talk to the manager and the floor team, and write down the commission and service charge rules as they actually run, not as the manual says.

  2. 2. Automate the guest-facing work first

Guest replies and booking handling usually pay back fastest in hospitality, because a missed enquiry is a lost booking rather than a saved hour.

  3. 3. Then the back office

Commission, supplier orders and staff admin come next, once the guest side is stable.

  4. 4. Train before high season, review after

Training happens during a quiet period so the team is confident before the rush. We review the numbers after the first busy month and fix what did not work.

What is included

  • A written audit of your operation, including the commission rules as practised
  • Guest messaging automation in Thai and English
  • Booking capture and confirmation from website, LINE, WhatsApp and Facebook
  • Commission calculation at the point of sale, feeding the payroll report
  • Supplier order drafting on your reorder points
  • A managed knowledge base so staff and systems give the same answers
  • Staff training in Thai, timed around service hours
  • PDPA-conscious handling of guest and staff data

Who this fits

A good fit if

  • A hotel, resort, bar, restaurant or spa in Thailand with 5 to 200 staff
  • You lose bookings because enquiries arrive when nobody is watching
  • Commission or service charge takes days to reconcile every month
  • Staff turnover means procedures have to be re-learned constantly

Probably not yet if

  • A single guesthouse with a handful of bookings a week; the payback is not there yet
  • A property that wants a full hotel management suite replaced end to end

What does it cost?

We quote a fixed price per workflow, after the audit. High season and low season schedules are both fine.

Frequently asked questions

Can this work alongside the booking system we already use?

Yes. We connect to what you run rather than replacing it. If your property management or channel manager stays, we automate around it and keep the data agreeing in both directions.

Will it work when high season starts?

That is the point of the timing. Automation is built and trained in a quiet period so the team is confident before the rush, and we review the numbers after the first busy month. Work is scheduled around service hours.

How does it handle Thai and English guests?

Both languages run in the same system. A Thai guest messaging on LINE and a foreign guest emailing from an OTA both get an answer in their own language, pulled from the same source of truth.

Does it help with staff turnover?

Yes, and it is one of the strongest reasons to do it. When procedures and answers live in a system rather than in one person's head, a new hire becomes productive much faster and the manager stops being the human knowledge base.

What about guest data and PDPA?

Guest and staff data is handled with a record of what is processed, role-based access and clear retention, on private infrastructure under your control. It is not used to train third-party models.

Do you also supply the POS?

Yes. KAMRAI POS handles commission, multi-branch operation, stock and room charges, and it is often the sensible first step because the commission data then feeds everything else. See the software page.
